Saturn air chamber spacer tube for Blitz Medium

This is for the Saturn suppressor system. Can be used for both Air or Rimfire (if allowed where you live).
This increases the air chamber space inside the moderator when using a larger amount of air and/or caliber. It allows air to pass from and compress in this chamber prior to exiting from the suppressor.
