This charger block is our top recommendation for Avata batteries and to easily charge your remote controller and goggle batteries. 

Although it may not provide the quickest charge to your Avata batteries, it’s safer to do it with limited power because it will increase the lifespan of your battery.

Other than that, this charger is well-known across the internet, and many people are delighted with the outcome potential of the charger to use not only for Avata batteries but other electronics as well.

The charger has a USB-A output on top of a USB-C output.

We recommend connecting your Avata charging hub or the power adapter provided for your Avata battery only with a USB-C to USB-C cable and not from the USB-A port of the charger because it will not deliver enough power to charge your Avata battery.

As mentioned before, the Avata single battery charger can receive only 48w per hour.

Does DJI Avata come with a charger?  #

DJI Avata lacks a wall charger, whether the standard version or the Fly More Combo. 

Instead, it has a unique battery charger where you connect your Avata battery and charge it via a USB charger. If you have the Fly More Combo, you get the Avata battery charging hub.

Neither of these can be connected directly to power, so you will need a high-power (specific) USB-C to USB-C charger to connect your Avata battery charger and be able to charge your drone batteries.

Safety measures for charging your DJI Avata drone battery #

Even if your Avata batteries are considered safe, lithium-ion batteries can be hazardous if not handled or charged well. Don’t miss the following safety tips.

• Do not put Avata batteries in direct sunlight or near a heat source. 
• Ensure that your wall charger or the USB-C charging cable is not damaged in any way. Even a dent in the cable can cause a short circuit, which may result in a fire. 
• Refrain from charging on an old type of charger (it may not have safety features if something goes wrong).
• Don’t leave DJI Avata batteries unattended while charging.
